We could send updates and information about your order to the email address you provide. Inquiries, questions, and other requests may also be addressed with it. You will receive emails that may include company news, updates, details about relevant products or services, etc. Only if you choose to subscribe to our mailing list. We include clear unsubscribe procedures at the bottom of each email in case you ever want to stop receiving our emails in the future.

We could utilize the feedback you leave to make our products and services better. Your opinions are always valued by us. Please share your thoughts with us!
- Custom-made patches are not returnable:
Within 45 days of shipment, stock/inventory patches from The Artevian may be returned with a copy of the invoice. A $15.00 restocking fee applies.
- We offer the option of exchanging purchased items for selected variants only when they are damaged and the proof is provided. You will receive the replacement item once your exchange request has been granted. Customized goods are not refundable.
- You will receive an email notifying you once your returned item has been received and inspected. Also, you will be told if your request for a refund was granted or denied. The refund request will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of approval if it is granted. There can be a restocking fee, starting at 10%. If an order was returned as a result of a mistake on our end, this fee is not applied. Packages that are returned to the sender will incur a restocking fee equal to the cost of shipping. If an order was returned as a result of a mistake on our end, these fees are not charged.
