Our rights to make changes on site

Artevian is willing to make changes to the content on this website at any time and without prior notice, as well as to the services mentioned and contained within. The guidelines that apply to your use of this website may occasionally be changed by Artevian. Artevian reserves the right to modify, transfer, delete, or add to this website at any time.

Purchasing Restrictions

Items aren’t made available for resale. Additionally, we have the right to cancel any part of an order that cannot, for any reason, be fulfilled. Prior to your products leaving our warehouse, Artevian is not considered to have accepted your online order. Orders that, in our estimation, appear to have been placed in violation of this policy may be restricted, cancelled, or prohibited. We further reserve the right to stop doing business with customers who violate this policy. This policy is applicable to all product purchases made from Artevian, including but not limited to purchases made online, at sample sales, at warehouse sales, and at our physical retail locations. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Procedure Agreement

We would need your predefined requirements in order to begin working on your purchase. Before we begin production, we will provide you a digital proof of your patch design for your approval. You can make any necessary modifications or revisions using this proof, which is a graphic artist’s or Digitizer’s rendering of the finished product, before committing to the production of your patches.

We will send you an email with an order confirmation notice before we start producing your patches. This notice will include all the details of your order, including type, size, quantity, colors, price, and delivery date.

Within ten days of receiving your approval for the digital proof and order confirmation, we will produce your embroidered patches. Your order will be delivered directly to the address you provide. Note that the sale is finalized and your patches are being produced once you have approved the order confirmation and sent it back to us. Thus, at that time, your order cannot be canceled.

All trademarks, logos, and copyrights are owned legally. You guarantee that you have the right to reproduce any logos or images linked to your order when you submit your design(s) to Artevian.com. Moreover, you attest that no one else’s business or personal rights were in any way violated during the creation of any images you provide.

Take the time to carefully inspect the digital proof of your patch design that we will email to you. Please pay close attention to the colors, the design, and the Text. After addressing any necessary adjustments, send the details to us via email. NOTE: You are in charge of performing the last-minute color and thread statements. Please double-check your thread colors on the website. The product’s color might differ from the product shown on our website.

If you are purchasing a customized item. The order cannot be canceled for any reason after you’ve accepted and confirmed it.

We are not responsible for delivery delays brought on by incorrect shipping addresses, US Customs procedures, misrouting of your package, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

Worldwide Delivery

Orders to be shipped internationally will be subject to the appropriate shipping costs based on the order amount and location. All customs and duty charges for items delivered outside of the United States are the exclusive responsibility of international consumers.

Legal information

Orders placed are final. All sales are final because we produce customized items just for you. Your order cannot be canceled for any reason after it has been placed. Refunds are not given by Artevian.com. However, if an embroidered patch has production or material defects, we will replace it without hesitation after being provided the proof.

In the unlikely event that a legal issue develops, you undertake to defend the claim at your own expense if it involves the unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademark infringement. You agree to pay all fees and damages that are obtained by Artevian.com as a result of such legal action or other procedures. Also, you agree to support Artevian.com from any claims made against it.
